Death and Funeral Announcement

Mellab Nandechia Wangia Situma

We wish to announce the passing to glory of Mellab Nandechia Wangia Situma after a road accident that occurred on 24/10/2015.
 

Wife of Prof. Francis Situma of UoN. Loving mother of Andrew Webo Situma, Ruth Angela Situma and Thomas Wangia Situma. Mother-in-law of Lydia Wanjiru Karanja Webo and grandmother of Abigail. Daughter of the late Thomas and Elizabeth Wangia. Sister of Ruth Isiaho, Joshua Ngombe, the late Habil Wejuli, Charles Sostheni, the late Zephania Wanjala, Obadiah Isindani, Caleb Wangia, Boaz Wesonga, Gideon Wangia, Gamaliel Wangia, Adah Adoyo, Jared Wangia, Phillip Wafula, Roselyn Wekesa, Elkana Malava and Kulati Wangia. Daughter-in-law of the late Simon and Salome Webo. Sister-in-law of the late Phillip Wechuli, the late Patrick Webo, Alfred Masinde, the late Williams Wasswa and Chris Webo. Aunty, Senge and friend of many.

 

Family and friends are meeting daily at PCEA St. Andrew’s Church Nairobi, from 5:30pm for prayers. A thanksgiving and offering meeting will be held on Wednesday 11th November, at the
same venue. 

The funeral service will be held at St. Andrew’s church on Friday 13th November, from 2pm. Burial will be on Saturday 14th November, from 10am, at her Ongata Rongai home.
