It is with great humility and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Allan Jalemba Mgutu of Kenyatta University-a lecturer in the Biochemistry Department.
Son of Mr Samson Mgutu and Mama Anne Mgutu, Beloved husband of Adelide Karemi Jalemba. Father of Samgoubin Kalafa, Elvis Seme, Ashley Kaluhi and Laura Ambogo. Brother of Peter, Catherine, Grace, Christine, Judith, the late Steve, Aggrey, Patrick and Elvis Mgutu.
Brother in law of Michael, Kagendo, Ritah, Hosea, Hannington, Geofrey, Agripina, Oscar, Lihugu, Aluda,victor, among others. Nephew of Lugadiru, Kivunaga, Col. (Rtd.) Kamonya, Dr. Aluvaala, Kaluhi, Tokesi and Mary.
The body is lying at the Kenyatta University Funeral Home. Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Kahawa Wendani residence behind Nakumatt next to Solomon Plaza. The Burial date and details will be communicated later.
