It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that the Ministry of Education Science and Technology announces the death of Mr. Thomas Mirimba Omenge - County Adult and Continuing Education Officer (CACEO), Migori County which occurred on 27th October, 2015.
Loving husband of Caren Moraa, Father of Iglatious Omenge (Kanyawanga Boys High School), Alice Kemunto (Nyabisawa Girls High School), Francisca Nyatuka (Milimani Hillcrest Academy, Migori) and Simon Baraka (also of Milimani Hillcrest Academy, Migori). Loving son of Mama Teresia Mocheche and the late Mzee Omenge Simba of Bigege Village, Gesoni Sub-Location, Bogeka Location and Mosocho Division of Kisii Central Sub-County and son in law of Mama Teresa Nyaboke and the late Mzee Simeon Nyandege of Ikorora Village, Boroko Sub-Location, Bomariba Location and Suneka Division also of Kisii Central Sub-County.
Brother of John, Charles, Judith, Caroline, Philip, Marcela and Malvine. Brother in law of Melissa, Wughanga, Makori, Samuel, Rebecca, Ezekiel and David; as well as of Erick, Rodgers, Jacky, Francis and Wilfred. Semo of Steve Kyalo.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his Bigege home. Colleagues, friends and relatives in Nairobi will meet today Wednesday 4th November, 2015 at the All Saints Cathedral as from
5.30 p.m.

Cortege will leave the MP Shah Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 5th November, 2015 at 9.00 a.m. The body will then be taken for viewing and overnight stay at his house in Bigege village, and burial will be on Friday 6th November, 2015.
